Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Sticker Sidekick, including stickersidekick.com, design previews, private order and proof pages, artwork upload, checkout and related services.

By using Sticker Sidekick, approving a proof, placing an order or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. If you use Sticker Sidekick for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

Sticker Sidekick designs custom stickers and labels for cafés and coffee roasters, using AI-assisted design tools, and prints and ships them. The service includes design previews, design changes, uploaded artwork review, proofs, print preparation, ordering, recurring reorders and support.

Availability, sizes, materials, finishes, turnaround times and shipping destinations may change over time.

Your preview, order and proof pages are private links. You are responsible for keeping them, and any account you use with us, confidential, and for activity that happens through them.

You must promptly notify us if you believe a link or account has been misused. We may suspend, disable or replace links, accounts or orders to protect the service, prevent abuse, comply with law or enforce these Terms.

You retain ownership of logos, images, artwork, label copy, product details, brand assets, files and other materials you upload or provide. You grant Sticker Sidekick a non-exclusive license to host, copy, modify, process, display, transmit and create derivative files from that content as needed to provide the service, generate designs, prepare proofs, process orders, provide support and fulfill production.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use your content, and that your content does not violate law, third-party rights, platform rules or these Terms.

Sticker Sidekick may generate design concepts, mockups, print files and other outputs using AI systems and design tools. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content or your final sticker or label design, but AI-generated outputs may not be unique and similar outputs may be created for other customers.

You are responsible for reviewing all generated output before using it. We do not guarantee that generated text, barcodes, QR codes, ingredient lists, claims, warnings, translations, dimensions, colors or regulatory elements are accurate or compliant.

Before ordering, you must review and approve the exact artwork, including spelling, product details, claims, required warnings, barcode or QR behavior, sizing, bleed, safe area and production specifications.

You are solely responsible for confirming that your stickers and labels comply with applicable laws, regulations, marketplace rules, industry standards and product requirements. This includes food, safety, environmental, country-of-origin and advertising rules that may apply to your product.

Custom sticker and label orders are produced from the approved proof and selected specifications. Colors, materials, coatings, cut tolerances, placement, finish and packaging may vary between digital previews and physical production.

Production timelines are estimates and may depend on proof approval, file quality, provider availability, payment status, material availability, shipping carrier performance and manual review. We may reject, cancel, pause or request changes to an order if files are unusable, content is prohibited, pricing is incorrect, payment fails, fulfillment is unavailable or the order creates operational or legal risk.

Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment provider we designate. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for orders, recurring reorders, taxes, shipping and other fees shown at checkout.

Prices may change before checkout. Custom quotes, discounts, minimum order values and provider costs may be updated or corrected if an error is detected. Recurring reorders renew until cancelled, unless stated otherwise in the applicable checkout flow.

Because orders are custom printed, orders generally cannot be cancelled or refunded after proof approval, payment or production handoff unless we determine there was a production defect, shipping issue, duplicate charge or other issue that warrants a remedy.

If there is a problem with an order, contact support with photos, the order number and a description of the issue. Our remedy may be a reprint, credit, partial refund, full refund or no remedy, depending on the circumstances and the stage of production.

You may not use Sticker Sidekick to create, upload, sell or distribute illegal, infringing, deceptive, harmful, hateful, abusive, sexually exploitative, malicious, counterfeit, fraudulent or privacy-invasive content.

You may not interfere with the service, bypass rate limits, scrape non-public areas, probe systems without authorization, use stolen payment methods, create misleading product labels, impersonate others, or use the service in a way that could harm Sticker Sidekick, our providers, our customers or the public.

Sticker Sidekick relies on third-party services for hosting, databases, file storage, AI generation, image processing, payment processing, email, analytics, monitoring, printing, fulfillment and shipping.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy notices, availability limits and processing rules. We are not responsible for third-party outages, delays, decisions or platform changes, but we will work to keep the Sticker Sidekick service operating reasonably.

Sticker Sidekick, our software, templates, workflows, prompts, design systems, pricing tables, documentation, brand names and service content are owned by Sticker Sidekick or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use Sticker Sidekick only as permitted by these Terms. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or create competing services from our software, templates, private documentation or non-public service content except as allowed by law.

Sticker Sidekick is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compliant for your product or free from data loss.

We do not provide legal, regulatory, tax, food-safety or other professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals for regulated labeling, product claims, safety warnings and compliance questions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sticker Sidekick will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive or lost-profit damages, or for loss of goodwill, data, revenue, production time, business opportunity or product inventory.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Sticker Sidekick for the affected order or service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred dollars.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sticker Sidekick from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from your content, products, labels, claims, uploaded files, orders, breach of these Terms, violation of law or infringement of third-party rights.

We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the date above and, when appropriate, provide notice through the service or by email.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, fail to pay, or if continued service is not commercially or legally practical. You may stop using Sticker Sidekick at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Sticker Sidekick is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
