Sticker design service for small businesses, printing included
Send your website or Instagram. We research your shop, design stickers and labels from its own brand, and print the ones you pick. The design is included when you print: 100 two-inch stickers are $99.00.

What a done-for-you sticker service does
Most sticker services start by asking you for a brief. We start by reading about your shop, the way a designer would before a first meeting, and design from what we find.
- 1. We research
- Your website, menu, Instagram and what's been written about you: the logo and colors you already use, your products, your building, your street.
- 2. We design
- Stickers and bag labels built on those details, each on a different idea, so you're choosing between real directions and not colorways of one.
- 3. You choose
- Pick the ones you like on your private page, ask for changes, and approve the final artwork.
- 4. We print
- Matte or glossy white vinyl, cut to shape, shipped to you. Nothing prints until you approve it.
One set, for Oval Coffee Roasters
Oval’s seal and serif wordmark on every bag, with each blend’s tasting notes, plus a sticker for the delivery truck. We designed it from their public brand and sent it to them. It's a concept, not commissioned work.

Five ways to get a sticker designed
Every route works for someone. The difference is who does the thinking, and whether you end up holding printed stickers or a file you still have to take somewhere.
- Design it yourself
- Free plans of Canva or Adobe Express work; paid Canva Pro (US$144 a year for one person when billed yearly, as of October 24, 2026) adds more templates and tools. You are the designer, and you or your printer set up the cut line. Best when you already know what you want and have an hour or two.
- Hire a freelancer
- Fiverr sellers set their own sticker-design prices. One Dribbble sticker service lists a $60 project cost (as of October 24, 2026). You write the brief and manage the revisions, then take the files to a printer. Best when you want one person to own the look.
- Run a design contest
- 99designs sticker contests run from US$189 to US$599 before sales tax (as of October 24, 2026). You write the brief, then judge the entries. Best when you want many options and have time to judge them.
- Ask your printer
- Some printers charge for sticker design, and Sticker Mule runs a designer marketplace. You describe it and they lay it out for their press. Best when you need a logo set up neatly, not a new idea.
- Done for you (us)
- The design is included; you pay for printing, from $99.00 for 100 two-inch stickers. There's no brief: we research your shop from its website or Instagram, design from what we find, and prepare the print file. Best when you want merch that looks like your place without running a design project.

When we're not the right choice
- You already have finished artwork
- You don't need a designer. Upload it and print with us, or use a print-only shop, which costs less when the design is done.
- You need fewer than 25 stickers
- Our minimum is 25. Some print-only shops start at 10 or have no minimum.
- You need a whole brand identity
- A logo, type system and brand guide is a different job. Hire an identity designer, then come back for stickers and labels.

Questions
Anything else? See the pricing page or ask us.
How much does your sticker design service cost?
The design is included when you print with us. You pay for the printed stickers: 100 two-inch die-cut stickers in matte white vinyl are $99.00, and the price per sticker drops at 250, 500 and 1,000. Shipping is free on every US order; prices include it. You see the exact total before you pay.
Do I need to write a design brief?
No. Send your website or Instagram. We look for what makes your business recognizable, such as your name, storefront, products, logo and story, and build each design on one of those ideas. If there's something you want included, you can tell us.
What do I get?
A private page with designs made for your shop. Pick the ones you like, ask for changes, and approve the final artwork before anything prints. Then printed stickers or labels on matte or glossy white vinyl, shipped to you.
Can I see the designs before I pay?
Yes. You can request designs and look at them without a card. Our design work is paid for by printing orders, so you pay only when you choose to print.
Is the design made with AI?
Partly. We use AI image tools to draw the artwork, guided by research on your shop. Every design is checked before we send it to you, and nothing is printed until you approve the final artwork. If something looks off, tell us and we'll redo it.
What if I don't like the designs?
Tell us what's wrong and we'll revise it, or ask for a different direction. You haven't paid anything at that point.
What's the minimum order?
25 stickers. Self-serve orders go up to 20,000 per design. Over 20,000, email us at matt@stickersidekick.com.
What kinds of businesses do you design for?
Mostly independent cafés and coffee roasters, plus other shops with a place and a story. Bag labels and stickers are where we start.
