Sticker Sidekick operates stickersidekick.com. We design custom stickers and labels for cafés and coffee roasters, then print and ship them.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect information when you use our website, design previews, private order and proof pages, checkout, email and related services.

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, business name, the website or social profile you share, files, logos and artwork you upload, notes and change requests about a design, proof approvals, shipping and billing details, support messages and order notes.

To design for a business, we also read information it has already made public, such as its website, social profiles and listings. This can include the business's name, history, menu, location, photos and public contact details.

We also collect information generated through use of the service, including the designs you view and choose, edit requests, order and checkout records, recurring reorder status, device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, referral URLs, approximate location from network information and diagnostic events.

Please do not upload sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your order. You are responsible for the product claims, ingredients, warnings, barcodes, QR codes and other content you choose to include on a sticker or label.

We use information to research and design your stickers and labels, make the changes you ask for, prepare proofs and print files, quote orders, process payments, print and ship orders, provide customer support, send service messages about your designs and orders, prevent abuse, debug issues, improve design quality and maintain security.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand how the service is used, improve our design process, measure performance and plan new features.

We use AI tools as part of our design process. When we design or edit artwork, we may send your business's public information, the details you give us, uploaded images, logos, style references and related instructions to AI, image-generation, file-processing or storage providers so they can provide that service.

We store designs, proofs, mockups, print files and order files so you can review, reorder and receive your stickers and labels. Some files may be made available to print, production, shipping or fulfillment partners as needed to complete your order.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive payment status, customer identifiers, checkout session data, recurring reorder status and limited billing metadata, but we do not store full payment card numbers.

For production and fulfillment, we may share order details, approved artwork, print files, shipping information, customer contact information, tracking information and related support notes with printers, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers and operations tools.

We use service providers to operate the service, including hosting and databases, file storage, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, error monitoring, AI generation, image processing, printing, fulfillment and shipping providers.

These providers may process information on our behalf only as needed to provide their services, comply with law, protect their systems or support our instructions.

We use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to remember your design choices and drafts, protect sessions, measure usage, understand page performance and improve the service.

For first-party site measurement, we store a pseudonymous per-tab session identifier in browser session storage and send acquisition and successful funnel milestones to our Convex database. These analytics records may include the landing path, referring site hostname, campaign parameters, product category, checkout status and order value. They do not include the full referring URL, email address, IP address or user agent. You can clear session storage through your browser settings, although some features may not work without browser storage.

We share information with service providers, payment processors, fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, professional advisors and authorities when needed to provide the service, complete transactions, comply with legal obligations, protect rights and safety, prevent fraud or abuse, or complete a business transfer such as a merger, financing or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not intentionally use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. If privacy laws treat certain analytics or advertising technologies as a sale or sharing of personal information, you may contact us to request that we limit that activity for your information.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, keep your designs and orders, support reorders, fulfill orders, comply with tax, accounting, legal and security obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

We may keep order records, proof approvals, payment metadata, invoices and production files longer than draft design data because they are needed for fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention and business records.

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of personal information we maintain about you.

Some requests may be limited by order-history retention, fraud prevention, legal obligations, security requirements or the need to preserve records of completed transactions. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encrypted transport, provider security controls and operational monitoring. No online service can guarantee perfect security. Your preview, order and proof pages are private links, and you are responsible for keeping them private.

Sticker Sidekick is intended for businesses and adult users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will review the request.

We are operated from the United States. If you use Sticker Sidekick from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our service changes. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, when appropriate, provide notice through the service or by email.
