Screen and printed colour
The Review PDF keeps source artwork in sRGB and does not apply an ICC profile or convert it to CMYK. It is a screen review of the artwork, layout and chosen trim size.
Screens, inks and materials reproduce colour differently, so a screen preview cannot guarantee an exact printed match. Any order-specific colour preparation is handled during production prepress.
What approval means
- The exact artwork you approved is frozen and stamped with your account email, the approval timestamp and the proof version number.
- You can still edit before ordering — edits invalidate the approval and require a fresh proof and fresh approval.
- The Review PDF is for checking artwork and trim geometry. It is not the manufacturing master.
- Production files are prepared separately from the approved version after order details and supplier requirements are known.
- Paying customers can request their production files from our team.
Common questions
- What are the stickers and labels printed on?
- White vinyl in a matte or glossy finish. Specialty options are not included in the current standard print scope. The material, size, finish and quantity available for your order appear with the order.
- Does the Review PDF include bleed?
- No. The review margin shown around trim in the Review PDF does not create artwork bleed. Production files are prepared and checked separately after the order details and supplier requirements are known.
- Will the printed colors match my screen exactly?
- Not exactly. The Review PDF keeps your artwork in sRGB and is a screen review. Screens, inks and materials reproduce color differently, so any order-specific color preparation happens during production prepress.
- What happens if I edit my design after approving it?
- You can still edit before ordering, but an edit cancels the approval. You review a fresh proof and approve it again before anything prints.
- How long does printing take?
- Printed stickers ship in under a week after you order, and we email tracking when they ship.
- Can I get the production files?
- Yes. Paying customers can request their production files from our team.
